Sunday I went out drinking with some cousins. When I came back home, an a little drunk, I had to lift something really heavy from the floor.
Next day, I woke up, I had a cramp on my left glute. I could not fully extend my leg. However, I just pushed the leg forward (because why not). I hear a POP and the part where I felt the POP turned a little bit red. I felt a little bit of pain, but nothing major. Today, 48 hours later, It still feels sensible but no pain. How long should I let it heal?
Bonus question: Can I use the treadmill for walking around 6 speed and 4 height?
