How Long is Your Training Week?

How many days does it take for you guys to train your whole body? Is your training week based on 7days? Do some of you take longer to train your whole body, like say 9 days?

Depends. from 2 to 8 days.

At the moment i train my whole body in 4-5 days in either a 3 on, 1 off or 4 on, 1 off fashion.

3 days to get every body part once. 6 days on 1 day off

3 days.

Typically over 4 days, presently over 6 days (doubling up on chest and legs), during a prep: 2 days weights, 1 day cardio, then 2 days weights, 1 day cardio (6 in a total cycle).


3 on 1 off or 6 on 1 off depending on how I feel.

3 times a week (mon, wed, fri)

arms (bis and tris) and abs directly twice a week (tues and thurs).

random stuff (complexes, HIIT, jog, whatever needs work) on Saturday.

off sunday.

I’ve gone up to everyday but my preferred schedule is 5-6 on 1-2off, and generally I train my body once every week.

4 days. All in a row.

Sometimes I’ll make it 5 by doing some speed bench work on Friday or Sunday
