how long should i wait after breakfast to workout and not have the food impair anything while im working out? if breakfast is P+C and i also want to utilize breakfast as a pre workout meal how long should i wait until i start to workout? it will most likely be a Metabolic Drive shake with a piece of fruit and some oats/rice/or potatoes.
I’d wait about 45 min. You can do shorter or longer if you need, but it’s a personal thing. Some people can pound food and lift. Some can’t. I’d start with 30-45 min though and take it from there.
