Getting in veggies is stupidly simply (to help achieve PH balance), I never understood why people have trouble doing this.
When you make rice mix in a bunch of shredded broccolli
When you cook meat in a pan, sautee a bunch of onions, garlic and bell peppers first.
Take in a green drink / super food.
When you prepare a protein shake sprinkle in some Cayenne, cinnamon, tumeric and sea salt that contains trace minerals.
The only people who have trouble with this are those who cannot stand the taste of vegetables or are ultra lazy or broke.
