How Is Your Body Chemistry

Is your bodies pH balance in a constant state of alkaline or is it acidic. Alkaline is the preferred side if the pH spectrum, for our bodies. This allows your body to be highly oxygenated. Where as being acidic seriously depletes the oxygen dispersed through out the body.

Your diet determines your pH balance. Diets high in starch and sugar, which includes processed foods will create an acidic body. Room temperature lemon water every morning is an easy way to put your body in an alkaline state. Most root vegetables are alkaline, garlic is very high. Cayenne pepper is also very alkaline.

Keeping your body in an alkaline state is also the perfect way to keep your body disease free.

What part of our body should we be trying to keep in an alkaline state? Our body is quite a collection of tissues and liquids.

You supply the nutrient and your body will take care of the rest. The average western diet leans to the acidic, mainly due to processed food.

What about cold lemon water? I squeeze the juice into ice water - keep it in the fridge and drink it through the day. I have a couple of lemon trees, so there is usually a good supply

Even though by nature vingegar is an acid, it gets converted to an alkaline in the body.
Therefore, Braggs Organic Apple Cider vinegar is part of my nutritional profile.
a tablespoon in 16-24oz water in the first part of the day., everyday.
Do not take it straight up ! The throat burning would put a Porn Star out of business !!

Has there been much scientific research into this area? What are the benefits of been “alkaline”?

I remember reading into this awhile ago, and things like coffee and eggs are highly acidic? If so, Im screwed.

Getting in veggies is stupidly simply (to help achieve PH balance), I never understood why people have trouble doing this.

When you make rice mix in a bunch of shredded broccolli

When you cook meat in a pan, sautee a bunch of onions, garlic and bell peppers first.

Take in a green drink / super food.

When you prepare a protein shake sprinkle in some Cayenne, cinnamon, tumeric and sea salt that contains trace minerals.

Tadaaaaa!

The only people who have trouble with this are those who cannot stand the taste of vegetables or are ultra lazy or broke.

All meat is acidic, you just need vegetables to maintain wellbeing

In a healthy individual, no foodstuffs have a clinically-significant affect on the pH of any compartment of the body (other than urine).
