Years ago I went through a relatively brief period of partying, and it basically left me feeling run down all the time, even though I was young at the time. Training, eating well, and sleeping adequately = the opposite. One day he’ll wake up wondering why he looks and feels so damn old, and chances are he will still be in his 30s.

I like what I do also.
I also know I need to just relax sometimes and my friends are there for that.
I don’t have any trying to “change” me, but I do have some who will call and try to push me out the house to go to a club when my usual routine would have me at home cooking or something.
It is about balance.
Those friends help provide some of that.
