how is this product? whats the deal with it?

THey don’t make it anymore. I used to love it. Actually have 2 bottles I’m using now that I found online at a huge discount because they expire later this year (2 for $20!)

how does it compare to HOT-ROX?

HOT-ROX is a better overall product (lose fat gain muscle), but for a stimulant/thermogenic, MD6 is pretty good.

I believe Biotest does still produce MD6, they just don’t sell it here.
