A lot higher in a dose dependent manner. Not all steroids will show up on testosterone labs. In many cases T levels will exceed reporting range and you get >some-number which is rather meaningless.
The biggest concern is Estradiol [E2] which should be tested and managed with an aromatase inhibitor [AI].
You need to differentiate between total testosterone TT and free testosterone FT. Bioavailable T [Bio-T] is also useful.
