How Does Xyience Compare?

So many pro fighters seem to use Xyience, I’ve been wondering: Do Xyience supplements really compare/compete with Biotest, or is it just really hyped up? I also ask because my best friend and I are butting heads about it. I support Biotest, he supports Xyience. The fact that he HATES George St. Pierre doesn’t help me convince him either.

You guys might as well just beat the shit out of each other MMA style. That seems to be the only simple solution.

Yeah right! This guy’s been fighting for ten years. Fighting is his life. Taps me out every time.

Sounds like you should listen to him then. I wouldn’t want to start an argument with somebody that could beat the shit out of me.

Like Lance Armstrong said: “It’s not about the bike.”

It’s not about the supplements…

if you take your Spike, you’ll win for sure!

Thats just sponsorship and promotion.

The only way to be able to tell for sure would be to try them both separately.

The sponsorship and promotion thing definitely works, I just cant say whether or not the supps do.

Xyience products suck for the most part, but they are at least partially owned by the UFC.

This explains why their logo is plastered all over everything and you see many fighters using their products. It’s all marketing. Your buddy is a fool.

Haven’t used Xyience…But look at the prices!!! Piss on that shit.

The company that makes xyience stuff also owns the UFC as far as I know. If the fighters really use the $hit its probably because they get it for free. As for how good it is…I used to work at GNC and the results guys had with Biotest stuff was a hell of alot better.

I’d use w/e was thrown at me for free too, lol. Speaking of which, anybody have and free shit for me ?

Ok, I didn’t know Xyience owned the UFC. That explains things.

who cares, who the fuck wants to pay like $130 for creatine. xyience’s price’s are so marked up it would be illogical to even by the stuff. besides Biotest is cheap and a quality product

So many pro fighters seem to use Xyience" - doubt it - id put my face on an ad too for the amount of sponsership they’d be gettin paid. mma.tv has alot of hate on Xyience, the strength & conditioning forum is even sponsered by them & the mods wont support the shit.

“Xyience products suck for the most part, but they are at least partially owned by the UFC.” This is an unproven conspiracy theory, but wouldnt surprise anyone.

bottom-line is Xyience is high-price, low-quality & very-well marketed…

Here’s all the history you need to know about the supplement industry: Biotest is the most reputable supplement company: It’s the standard for quality and reputability. Before Biotest, EAS was the standard. Before EAS, there was no standard!

P.S. If your buddy spends money based on what celebrities say, he’s a douchebag and deserves to get ripped off!

haha, funny you mention this, I met Chuck Liddell at an autograph signing at GNC last year and being the smartass that I am I had to ask him if Xyeince was what I needed to get big and he held the party line and told me yeah. As a sidenote, Chucky has really big hands…I think when he punches people its like getting hit by a dude with a roll of quarters in his mitt.

Truth be told, I wouldn’t doubt the quality of their product, but jeezus, that shit is marked waaaaayyyy up. You can get just as good, if not better, stuff here for a quarter of the price, even like a tenth in some cases. I really don’t understand how people can buy so heavily into the marketing schemes these guys present.

C’mon Slim, you know how stupid sheeple are. Especially lazy sheeple.

Oh…I wouldn’t go quite that far.

Ah yes, the power of advertising. I watch those ads, and I laugh because they are so stupid. Then I stop and think of the 10 or so people that actually buy into them for everyone one person like me, and get kind of sad. But here’s a secret about a lot of pro-fighters supplementation…they use steroids, SSSSHHHHHH!!!.

I agree with HardcoreHorn. Biotest rules! EAS wasn’t good, but now Biotest is at the top of the supplement food chain.
