Chest/Back
Legs/Shoulders
Biceps/Triceps
Abs/Calves

Did Chest/Back yesterday. Worked good. Any Set/Rep recommendations? Any rearrangement? Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Some questions:

What exercises are you doing? What rep/set scheme? What are your goals? Is this for a show/sport/fun/etc?

I currently do chest/back together, and legs on their own day. I have a heavy day and a light day each week for them.

Calves/Abs day seems like a waste. Maybe turn it from Abs into a total core day maybe?

Do you know how to fuckin read? Kingbeef just made a thread the other day exactly for this reason.
