How Does My Bloodwork Look for 18 YO?

Age 18
BF: 19%
Weight: 205
Lifts: B:345lbs, D: 515lbs S: 500lbs
I also eat very clean and strict, as of now I am currently eating at maintenance (possibly a little under), until I get a ghrp order from a manufacturer

During then I will start cutting down

I am posting here to see if any of you see something that I don’t with my results

Everything seemed fine to me except my FSH levels are very low which I am looking into

TT = ftee T, T+SHBG[not bio-available] and albumin+T[weakling bound]

You really need free T [FT] to know your status.

Also need Estradiol[ E2] and prolactin.

TT
FT
E2
LH/FSH
prolactin
CBC with hematocrit
fasting cholesterol [ can be too low]
fasting glucose
If body temperatures are low, also do:
TSH
fT3
fT4 [please not T3, T4]

Follow these links in 2nd post of 1st forum topic:

  • advice for new guys
  • things that damage your hormones
Check oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics explained link.

FSH is often a better indicator of LH status than LH itself.
So there is a problem. LH/FSH can be repressed by:

  • thyroid problems
  • E2
  • prolactin

Slight aches in the past

Libido and sexual function?
Always felt I had low libido

Everything else you questioned I did not have

Thyroid may be the suspect

Something I should have mentioned, i also got very bad sleep the night before. I am aware that you should at least get 8 but for some reason it took me hours to fall asleep to where I only got around 4-5 hours

I feel I should go get them retested with a more comprehensive panel within the next month considering the amount of sleep + would also give my time so i can figure out why my calcium levels are high and to see to see what I can do about my FSH &levels

Get cold easier now?
Use iodized salt?
