I need everybody’s help on the method which Christian Thibaudeau designed for his article “Superman Sets” on issue 284.
I need to know three basic things about the Timed Sets method, particulary the “Moderate Sets” and the “Long Sets” which he described as great for use of bodybuilding.
1-) How many sets per week should I do, and split in how many sessions, for each one of those, the Moderate and the Long sets?
2-) What are the appropiate rest periods between sets for maximum functional muscle gains?
3-) how long did you take before you got noticeable results?
