Yea i may have been in some kind of misundertood in the post. Well nope I learned to motivate myself over the years I have put the alot of effort which I have fail many times by gaining muscle. Over the years of hardworking in the gym and outside the gym which i sacrifice my taste and i trained to eat with no taste had tthought me alot and I didnāt focus on my semester well because of this depression which I couldnāt get what I wanted to become and I really intended to improve on my physique and thatās how I gain all this motivation words through depressions and the failures I had in the gym. My obsession towards pro bodybuilding has increased and I really wanted to fix my mistakes but I do wanted to learned a lot. This guyās didnāt even gave me the answer I have posted instead they they ask me to post some other place instead. I want the knowledge to get that area I circled though this forum since my place is not the best place to talk about physique obsession questions. After I been to the forum and the research I have done. I did get good infoās from them despite the post here. Moreover, I learn that when u reach the goldmine, you must bring a bag or some kind of sack since I canāt carry all of them. Same as the scenario, gold is the knowledge to me and I have to do something to internalize and note down myself. I always alone in my journey but at least I could get some answers Iām looking for here.
