how do I stagger (massive eating), if I workout?

I understand it should go pc, pf, pc, pf, pc, pf. But, if I workout after my second carb meal, then I have to have an insulin burst an hour after the workout, followed by another one 2 hours after that, and more after that. how does this work? I’m currently going morning:carb, fat, carb, workout, carb,carb, fat, carb, fat, middle of the night:fat.

If I was you, I would be setting my meals up as follows:

P+C
P+C
P+F
Workout(I assume this includes a P+C based shake of some sort)
P+C
P+C
P+C
P+F
P+F
P+F

By the way, I applaud anyone who can get in ten meals a day…

If you read the John Berardi Cheat Sheets, you should find your answer.

In general, most people do well with their PC meals coming in the morning and in the 3-4 hours post workout.

It’s PF the rest of the time.

Try going: carb, fat, fat, workout, carb, carb, carb, fat, fat and middle of the night fat.
That should allow you to build the max. amount of muscle whilst minimizing fat accumulation.

Another thing, it used to be 65% carbs and so on. And I switced it to 30% carbs and 40% protein. I noticed I don’t have as much energy.
