How Do I PCT

I just got done with my 10 week 500mg Test E cycle. What do I PCT with? I at least the foresight to buy nolvadex. I took aromasain beginning week 5 and ending at the end of cycle. How do I dose the nolva so I can get back to my natty level.

This is weird… a 17 y/o doing test E 500 mg/wk for 10 weeks? That’s a perfect cycle for a beginner. I would’ve expected OP to be asking questions about running var and tbol for 20 wks. It’s like someone gave excellent advice to the absolute wrong person
