I�??m heading off to Acapulco next week, and I want to make sure that I have plenty of healthy protein to supplement whatever I end up eating down there. What�??s the best way to get protein in Mexico? Can I just take a week�??s worth of protein packs and a shaker bottle, or will that get stopped at customs? Is it easy to just buy protein powder there?
Should I just call the resort I�??ll be at and get the concierge to put a jar of powder and a blender in my room before I get there?
