I have no clue how to be that flexible. What am I suppose to stretch to be able to that.
Honestly that damn low everything and be small. Hell I couldnt get that low just due to the fact my hams would hit my calves even if I were flexible enough.
But hips need major stretching, calves etc etc.
why the need to be THAT flexible anyway??
