How Do I Cut, If This is My Bulk Diet?

OK, if I wanted to cut, how would i do it, based on this sample of what I’m eating now:

On a day I workout on, here’s what I’d typically eat (something like this):

Oatmeal: 1.5 servings
Whole Hard-Boiled Eggs (large): 3
PB&J on Whole Wheat Bread: 2 sandwiches
Pasta with Sauce & Cheese: 1/2 lb
Fresh Pork Sirloin Separable Lean & Fat: 12.8 oz
Apple: 1
Banana: 1
Protein Shakes (1 24 gram scoop each): 2
Milk: 8 oz

Day Totals: 3626 calories. 91 grams fat, 440 grams carbs, 263 grams protein.

On a day I DON’T workout here’s a sample of what my diet might look like:

Oatmeal: 1.5 servings

Buffalo Turkey & Pepperjack Cheese on Whole Wheat: 2 sandwiches
Fresh Pork Sirloin Separable Lean & Fat: 12 oz
Apple: 1
Banana: 1
Protein Shakes (1 24 gram scoop each): 2
Milk: 8 oz

Day Totals: 2370 calories. 74 grams fat, 189 grams carbs, 234 grams protein.

I’m about 5 10 190 lbs right now, so I’m probably not cutting yet, but I’m starting to plan how I would go about it. I don’t think I can really cut anything out on my non-workout days, but then on days I workout I don’t want to be cutting out much either. How the hell do you guys cut?

On the work out days, cut out the whole pasta meal and replace it with 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese.
Might as well get rid of the PB&J sandwiches and replace it with a tablespoon or two of natural PB.

Non work out days I’d cut the sandwiches from 2 to 1, and maybe get rid of the cheese and use mustard (if its your thing).

I’d say that saves a thousand calories or so.

cut out the carbs and up the fat a little, if you must have carbs have them peri or just after your workout

Damn, you cut 1300 kcals on the days you don’t lift compared to the days you do? Has this been working for you? Your body is growing even on the days you’re not lifting… might want to up the kcals on that day.

As far as cutting goes - up the good fats and cut the carbs down to veggies and fruit.

how would upping the fat help me cut though?
