I was lifting Massive weights in my quest to become bigger. I see this young guy lifting weights on a generic routine. I know this as I watch him bounce around to seperate machines doing the same thing everyone else on an inhouse program is on. I was evesdropping when I heard him ask his trainer how to gain weight. His reply, “eat lots of protien but not too much because u will become fat”.
