Yeah really I’m 28 and I’ve done several cuts (between 30 and 5 kilos) and unless you want to be in laser-like optimized composition (like 10% and lower while keeping as much muscle as possible) there’s no point in counting everything. Just change your diet to a more healthy one. Especially when you’re young. Stop eating so much crap.
