How Can I Break my Plateau?

I know I seem like I’m really butchering this but I’m starting to understand the concept but as you said…

So on an off day you were saying I could do 15 minutes of pump work, I have some dumbells that I feel I could get a high amount of reps out of, I also have a pullup bar, and could probably do either the DeFranco Pushups you’ve shown me or pushups on a football as I feel my arms are lacking, But as long as this is a 1 day only thing say if I did it on a Saturday and Worked out on the Sunday for Squats then Tuesday I’m doing Shoulder Presses again would that be ok as long as it’s only 15 minutes?, Last reply I promise and I’ll log this.

Edit: Also when on the 5/3/1 week Jim says to do the 5 reps but then go over and set a record so I shouldn’t be aiming just to do 5/3/1 it should be 5+/3+/1+?

No not on an off day. No extra resistance workouts. Just add 15 mins to bench day.

not just 531 week, you do this for the top set each workout, every week apart from the deload.
The first two sets, in this case 5 and 3 are not plus sets just the final one
