How Can a 2b Get Stronger?

how type 2b get stronger…?and what changes would i do to my training if i wanna get stronger? and can adding cluster or rest pause top main lift be good idea?
to clear things out for me… cardio for us is max lactic acid… so complexes where i still use mmc is good idea better then treadmill power running
carbs for 2b pre workout and post wkrout? can complex carbs be good iea pre?
i cant have carb supplments!
