Strange, after reading the training articles yesterday was thinking to my self they were excellent and made my week...and for free.
Can recall when this site first started was like a breath of fresh air in re to training articles/forums/adivce, was cutting edge and still is...and still for free.
I particularly liked CTs article on reps the other day.
Is an article a day for free not enough?
I"m always thrilled to have new stuff to read, but a the end of the day, I'd always take quality over quantity. THat's what drew me year so many years ago, and what keeps me checking in instead of the millions of articles written by teenagers in exchange for product vouchers on BB.com

Dear phatphuck: if getting a regular dose of T-Nation articles is so important to you that you feel compelled to start not one but two frivolous threads to complain about a perceived paucity of content, then may I suggest signing up for the Weekly Dose, which not only features a recap of the newest articles, but also gives you bonus content available only to subscribers.
It is free, just like everything else on this site (well, you know, except for the supplements and other merchandise, but you don't expect to get THAT for free, too, do you?)
Alternatively, you can go and read the excellent series of articles by Christian Thibaudeau, collectively known as the Newbies Series.
Once you have finished reading and digesting all that, read How to Design a DAMN good program, which will tell you how to put it all together.
If after six months of assiduously putting this into practice, your physique is not the best it has ever been in your entire life, then a shortage of free information from T-Nation is not the problem.

If anything I guess you could complain about the diversity in the articles. (not many injury and rehab) but c'mon this site has an abundance of free knowledge.

There's nothing to complain about. This shit is ridiculous. Any other site with this much information and access to guys like Amit, CT, & Wendler would charge a membership fee.
