How Big is Your.........Breakfast?

Today… I cooked oats in orange juice and butter. Then I cut up strawberries and added them along with raspberries. Lowered the temp then stirred in almond meal/flour, leucine, and a few tablespoons of Spike Shooter. When it was done I stirred in some sunflower seeds, flax seed meal, and topped it off with whipped cream.

I drank some milk(blended with MD powder, leucine, creatine, egg yolks, agave syrup, and vanilla beans) along side my oats. I have no idea on how much calories but it was delicious. Don’t hate.

How blended do you make that? Is it fairly liquefied or more thick? Can you smell the tuna in that or does the fruit ummmm buffer the smell?

5 whole jumbo eggs, over medium
Handful of shredded Sargento cheese
placed in a high fiber tortilla

~ 12 oz whole milk
1.5 scoops of whey

6 eggs over easy, 2 cups cooked oats, 4 slices 12 grain toast, 4 peices bacon, 3 large cups of water. Grand total around 2000 calories. Gotta love going away to a school that has a great culinary program in it!!! get this made for me every morning!!!

1.5 cups dry oats
5 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 cups milk

650 calories normally

1100 calories past couple weeks, back to normal this week

Why’s everyone having carbs, protein, and fat for breakfast? I thought that was a good way to put on unwanted fat.

Is breakfast an okay meal to break that rule on or are you guys just all thin already who are doing that?

Cuttin’ right now so here it is:

Upon waking 30min. prior to breakfast (figured it was relevant):

5g bcaa’s
5g glutamine
2 stimerex-es (ephedrine group alkaloids)
4 81mg aspirin
30 min. cardio

5 large eggs
1 tbsp. smart balance light
4 pieces turkey bacon
4g fish oil
4g flaxseed oil
1 multi

That’s this morning as it was a low carb day.

I blend it til its slightly-thicker-than-water consistency, I’ve been doing it for a while and I don’t think the tuna taste is very noticeable on the front end, but there’s definitely an after taste. The fruits and coco milk cover up the front end flavor.

And there’s no doubt it smells like tuna.

Chicken works okay, also, but I’m used to tuna, so that’s what I use.

Breakfast is the best meal by FAR!

Here’s mine:
Immediately upon waking I drink a protein shake on 1 scoop Casein and 1 scoop Whey mixed with milk.

about 30min later

4 egg omelet with cheddar cheese, Spinach, and mushrooms
2 pieces of multigrain toast with Almond butter
1 Banana
1 Grapefruit
2 Glasses of milk (24oz)
4 Fish oil
1 multivitamin.

Today for the first time I cooked my oats. It was damn delicious, what was I doing this whole time? (+ chocolate whey and a banana, mmmm)

I’m usually stuck with restaurant food, so I usually get a veggie omelet (1.5 bizillion kcal) or get one with some ham thrown in. No toast, no hash browns, hot coffee.

I’ll dump in some Leucine (3-5 gr) if the can isn’t packed away in some suitcase. (It’s a suspicious white powder, you know…) Fish oil tabs too.

Later, I sneak in a protein shake (300 kcal) with some fiber (25 kcal) from the pharmacy to keep me regular.

It usually depends on work, if I have a chance to eat.

You people are gross!

I’m still adjusting my calories upwards from my contest diet, but lately I’ve been having the following:

1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
3 slices Turkey
Diced Broccoli
1/2 cup Oats
2 Scoops Natural PB.

Comes to 550 cals, 54g prot and 33g carbs

S

6 eggs
2 slices 100% whole wheat toast
6oz milk
1 scoop optimum nutrition protein
1 shot of olive oil

= 1170 calories

10 egg whites, 2 yolks
1 cup of oats
Large coffee.
