How BIG is the Mag-10 Capsules?

Ok, so call me a wimp, but I really have a hard time swallowing anything larger than a Tylenol pill. Comparatively speaking, how big are the new Mag-10 capsules?

man the fuck up, i can throw 4 huge zma caps in my mouth and swallow them all at the same time without water. i’m that sexy

Seadoo, they’re a tad bigger than a Vit E cap and slightly smaller than a fish oil capsule. But they’re smooth, unlike a pressed tablet and well worth trying.
