Is it me or is this routine ridiculously stupid? I’m seriously asking…I think it has to be.
I definetly would not do it.
Seems dreadfull. There are way to many sets to do.
If you were to do this, make sure you are packing at least 1 or 2 liters of a protein / simple carb mix drink.
By the time I got to legs I probably wouldnt have enough energy to do them properly.

Just goes to show that people in the best shape (step forward genetic lottery winner Mr. Avedon) aren’t necessarily the best people to give advice.
Most of those workouts are just vague listings of exercises ("Yeah, I guess you should do some stuff for your body, legs at the end, for some reason, and then I guess some cardio). Still good for him. He’s had a good career with the men’s health stuff.
