White/red light. I'm pretty sure I know what to do to avoid it. These are my last fives for the moment.
I would be working more on staying tight at the top of the lift, you could possible get an extra rep out of it if you didn't let your air out and almost relax at the top of the lift
Or if my left hand hadn't started opening. That threw me off.
