i hadn't read those articles on soy until recently. i was wondering how bad is it really. could it be destroying some of the hard work i put into the gym and causing me to make less gains?
ive gone through my diet to realize there happens to be alot of soy in it.
- body for life nutrition bars. i eat 2 of these a day
- bumbble bee tuna. have been eating a can and 1 steak each day
- beef jerky. snack on it daily
i hope that there isnt anything else
am i being too paranoid over this or could this be slowing down my progress?
