How Am I Doing So Far, 6 Months Training

Been lifting, eating and tracking progress for 6 months now, went from a very very skinny 64kg to a now 86kg have tried a few different types of training, chest doesn’t seem to grow as much as id like it to and ive just hit 100kg bench for reps…

Great progress! IMO your chest looks good for only six months. Keep up the good work!

6 months? Surely most of that is muscle memory and/or really good pharmaceuticals? Not to take anything away from you though, really good job. I also don’t think your chest is lagging but it’s not the easiest angle to judge anything.
