Been trying this out though I’m just back to lifting for a brief health break. Thanks for article, I dropped the weight to make sure I had proper form but your visualization helped my mind body connection and helped me focus on form and squat more explosively. Thank you for letting my mind picture something other than all the nuances of DL that run through my mind. Laughter is sometimes better than cracking the whip…good motivational tool . Btw, yes good results.
