Hottest female cartoon character

On a lighter note than the 9/11 threads, I’d like to stage an informal poll to find out the hottest female cartoon character ever. There are only two stipulations…you can’t vote for Jessica Rabbit(she’s like the Anna Kournikova of cartoons, there’d be no contest), or any anime characters, since they’re pretty much all drawn with huge boobs and perfect bodies.

My vote goes to none other than Carmen Sandiego. She’s dark, mysterious, and with all the heists she pulls off you know that she’d be loaded.

Yeah, April O’neil from the ninja turtles would get it, but for some reason Daphne made me feel kinda funny as a kid. Does that mean I have a problem? I do love redheads though.
