I’m going to start taking Hot Rox soon and I was wondering if I should adjust the recommended timing due to late workouts. It says to take 2 upon waking and 2 6 hours later. I usually don’t get to the gym until anywhere from 9PM to 11PM. Should I change the timing of the second dose at all to reflect this?
You can change the timing of one fo the doses to be nearer your workout. I’d take the 2nd dose at 6 and see if you can sleep after your workout. If not, then back the dose off to 5pm and so on until you find a dose that stims you through the workout and allows you to fall asleep.
