HOT-ROX Results?

#1

Do HOT-ROX really work? Frankly I find the marketing plug hard to believe. I tried hydroxycut hardcore and it was shit to put it bluntly. I would have been better off just taking some cold & flu tabs on cardio days and cut carbs to zero? Should I just keep investing my hard earned money into a quality diet? My goal isn't to be .6 of a percent in front of my competitor. I simply want to maximise fatloss and maintain or grow muscle in minimal time and then start to bulk when my belly fat is gone.
I can't help but believe these fatlos supps just pull on the heartstrings of people desperately wanting to change their physique as fast as possible.

HRX work, and work well, buy a couple of bottles and find out for yourself.

If you’re diet is spot on, they will help. I think I heard it put like this:

If you are 5000 calories under maintenance over the course a month, with HOT-ROX you’ll really be 6000 under maintenance. Overtime that will speed things upin terms of fatloss. I think that’s how the outcome is. So it won’t be a night and day effect, especially if you cheat on your diet every now and again.

Again, you diet will decide if you lose weight, not HRX.

If you’re not losing fat from dieting alone, you won’t magically lose tons of fat just by adding a fat burner. Yes, invest your money on a quality diet first. That being said, HOT-ROX is one of the few fat burners that actually work.

I take 2-3 HOT-ROX Extreme per day every other week as part of the Berardi Get Shredded plan. And I can honestly state after two weeks worth of supplementation that I didn’t notice anything in terms of jitters, elevated body temperature, appetite suppression, etc. That is not to say they are secretly aiding my fat loss and that I just don’t know about it (and for that reason I’ll persist with them given I have purchased a bottle). What I do know is that if I brew a strong Italian expresso the affect is much more prolific.

Two thumbs up for HRX from me.

I like the fact that it doesn’t give me jitters or any other symptoms of over stimulation, yet consistently allows me to lower bf faster than I would otherwise.

When I used HOT-ROX in the past (1 bottle), it did not do anything for me. I was on a see food diet eating between 7000 - 12,000 calories per day. I just got fatter. Right now I do not take any HOT-ROX, but I am eating only 2500 calories per day and losing weight.
Diet/calories # 1, HOT-ROX # 7 in importance after

2 protein

3 fats

4 limiting carbs

5 HIIT

6 steady state cardio

for ME.

Uh, I’m going to assume that you didn’t forget about weight training, and just take it as a given. Also, don’t discount the value of alactic work (Several sets of sprints lasting >15-20 seconds, with plenty of time for rest in between for recovery).

Thats not surprising you got fatter eating 12000 calories a day.

I bought a bottle for a friend of mine once and she loved it. I saw changes in her in a matter of weeks. Mind you, she put in a good two hours in the gym. She could’ve been better with her diet IMO, but I’m not one to talk.

So if it takes 3000 calories to make a pound of fat, if I use HOT-ROX for a month, I’ll lose an extra 1/3 of a pound?

I just started my first bottle of HOT-ROX. Maybe I should have spent that money on TRIBEX or Metabolic Drive.

I’ve been taking it for about a week and a half now - 3 in the morning and 3 at night.
I’m not taking the “Extreme”… just the regular one. I’ve seen some decent results. No jittery feeling either, well not as much as if I had a triple shot espresso. I’d recommend getting 2 bottles regular HOT-ROX and then 1or2 bottles of HOT-ROX Extreme and cycle through. I think you’ll like it.

I’ll think try some as my diet is squeeky clean. I don’t bother with cheat meals as I don’t crave junk anyway. I got fat from drinking to much beer for too long and now I’ve stopped drinking.
My weightloss has been dramatic (40lbs in 12 weeks) while putting on lean muscle but it seems to have stalled and I dont know exactly how to bust through this plateu. Maybe I’m gaining muscle at the same rate I’m burning fat but it’s hard to tell.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
If you need to know my details look at “how can I improve fatloss” as this went unanswered.

I just threw that number out there as an example. IE if you are under maintenance by so many calories, this will help you burn a little extra.

I think for those who didn’t feel jitters or increase in body temp, I think that has to do with how a stimulant effects you. If you are used to drinking a couple cups of coffee everyday, it might not effect you as much as, say someone who doesnt take in any caffeine. That’s just an observation though.

It was a really great investment for me,I was kicking off a weight loss diet eating about 2000 calories a day and getting about 5 hours a week of exercise consisting of weight training and hitt sprints.I was going along at around a pound or 2 a week for the first month. Then I purchased HOT-ROX Extreme and didnt change my diet(I was already eating clean anyways)and the next 2 weeks I lost 8 pounds of fat! That doubled my previous results without it.I didnt get jitters or any stimulant effect after 2 days, for me I didn’t feel anything(extra energy, ect…)but I sure did lose weight faster. So if you’re already dieting down,I’d say you made a good investment, but make sure your diet and training is in order first

The real question that should be asked is… After taking HOT-ROX, did you notice any results from it that didn’t come from your dieting or workout plan b4. That u wouldnt expect???

Okay, cool (and sorry if my reply sounded sarcastic). I’m on very low carbs this month - sort of a modified velocity plan, with 4 shakes and one daily (small, low carb) meal post-workout. I’m hoping that the HOT-ROX will give me some extra effect. I did this once before in the Fall, with good results (15 pounds difference, with no loss of strength) but as I lower my ‘set point’ (if that is even a legitimate concept) I assume fat loss will be harder.

I don’t think any fat burner (excluding pharmaceuticals) is intended to peel the fat right off.

However, HRX certainly help you feel better while on a diet that will peel the fat right off.

I used them with success for 2 months. Cut from 197 to 179 (with a low calorie diet of around 10-12Xs BW).
