What would be the appropriate dosage for a 132 pound female standing 5’3 tall? She is currently taking one pill twice daily. Thanks much.

WguitarG, just follow the dosing recommendations on the bottle. Dosage recommendations are independent of body weight. In other words, it wouldn’t matter if Person A weighed 105 pounds and Person B weighed 273 pounds. Both would take the same amount.
Start at the low end of the range to assess tolerance, and then increase from there.
