Okay, I asked this question on the product page, but it never got answered, so I thought that maybe sticking it here might increase its exposure a bit.
I’m too sensitive to the yohimbine to take two caps twice a day, so I take one cap twice a day. My fear with this approach is that I’m shortchanging myself in the A7-E and Carbolin 19 ingredients.
Would it therefore make sense to add one cap of Maximum Strength HOT-ROX and one cap of Carbolin 19 each time I pop a HOT-ROX Extreme, thus amping up on those ingredients specifically?
Or would adding in either of these products throw off the ratio of ingredients and end up being less (or no more) effective? Or might the Sclaremax or guggelsterone in the Maximum Strength HOT-ROX be contraindicated somehow?
Thanks a lot.
Too sensitive?! What the hell happens to you??

I appreciate the question, and the bottom line is this:
I tend to be over-sensitive to yohimbine, and taking what is likely a tolerable amount for the vast majority of people has a negative effect on my blood pressure, which causes me to become dizzy, light-headed, and nauseous when exerting myself.
Bottom line: any day that I do taxing exercises like squats or deadlifts, I’ll feel like I’m going to pass out and will have to cut my workout short.
A half dose of HRX is perfectly fine and seems to still work for me in that it allows me to maintain all my muscle mass–if not to actually grow muscle–while dieting down. The creatine and Surge no doubt contribute to that result as well.
Sorry it took so long for me to answer your question. If anything, my situation illustrates the point that when Biotest tells you to start at the minimum dosage and gradually increase to assess tolerance, you would be well served to do so.
