I’ve read a few posts regarding hot rox dosage, but should I take only 4/day even if I’m at 270? It seems that I shouldn’t take the same amount as someone who is 170. Thoughts?
Dosage for Hot-Rox has nothing to do with body weight or composition. Taking more than four a day is not going to help any. It is all building up in your system. You can always call customer service!
