I was wondering what it was in the HOT-ROX that helped with appetite suppression. Is it just the caffeine and Yohimbine? If that is all one is after can that stack be used instead?
I have been helping my aunt lose weight and has gotten to a point were the descrease in calories may require the blunting of her appetite.
