I was wondering if HOT-ROX would in any way escalate acne on one’s face. I did my homework on T-Nation, and I haven’t found anything about it, so I’m assuming there is no correlation with HOT-ROX and an increase in acne.

One of the ingredients in HOT-ROX, guggul, is often used to treat acne, so it may even improve your condition.
As ChrisKing kindly pointed out, HOT-ROX would not be expected to increase acne and in fact, due to the guggulsterone, may be helpful in decreasing it.
