When I started training three years ago I injured by left forearm doing preacher curls. Three years later it is still giving me trouble, particularly when I am done with a heavy set and have to peel my fingers off the bar because I cannot release my grip. I have tried gloves, glutamine, and oils. What else can I try?
Sounds like forearm splints. I have had these since highschool. They go in and out. If you do reverse wrist curls they should ease up a bit.
