Hormones Blood Work, Help

So ive got some blood work done and would like to know from people who actually are involved in the sport how my blood work looks like. The endo said it was all ok but the prolactin. I suffer from low t symptoms like feeling lazy, difficult to add muscle mass, low libido and moderate gyno… thanks everyone

Where are you located? This can effect your diagnostic and treatment options.

We can help better with:

  • age
  • weight
  • waste size
  • height
  • history of when these problems started, sudden or slow changes?

High prolactin lower LH and FSH as well as dopamine which causes mood problems and reduced ability to feel joy. The problem can be a prolactin secreting pituitary adinoma that is easy to treat/shrink with 0.5mg/week Dostinex/cabergoline.

fT3 is a nice mid-range result.
fT4 seems low, well below mid-range
TSH seems OK, we like to see closer to 1.0

Eval overall thyroid function via oral body temperatures, see below.

You should be using iodized salt, not sea salt.

E2 is very high relative to your T levels.
E2 production is FT–>E2 and with lower FT, E2 production should be lower. So the problem might be reduced E2 liver clearance. Then liver health and liver lab data are of interest. Some medications can interfere with E2 liver clearance.

High E2 and high prolactin will both have synergistic contribution to gyno.

Any more lab results we can see?

You could have these tested:
LH
FSH
CBC
hematocrit

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.

I can be a bit abrupt in my replies and recommendations. I have a lot of ground to cover as this forum has become much more active in the last two years. I can’t follow threads that go deep over time. You need to respond to all of my points and requests as soon as possible before you fall off of my radar. The worse problems are guys who ignore issues re Thyroid, body temperatures, history of iodized salt. Please do not piss people off saying that lab results are normal, we need lab numbers and ranges.

The value that you get out of this process and forum depends on your effort and performance. The bulk of your learning is reading/studying the suggested stickies.

Im from italy, 30 years old this year, 1.75 m, around 75kg (first thing in the morning, naked, after pee), i use around 33" size jeans. I have gyno since puberty, was slightly overweight as a teen and this year is 5 years i workout with these last 2 and a half powerlifting and focus on gaining weight (muscle mass).
Always had refractory time after orgasm (never been able to start right after i finish, always had to wait at least 1-2 hours).
I have no more lab exams but gotta be tested for pituitary gland the 30th march. Hope after that i will get some much needed treatment.

So ive done the mri and it doesnt show any prolactinoma… the endo said everything is fine then and the other values are good (and that prolactin is not so high to prescribe a treatment)
But i do feel like shit (now libido is low, loss of appetite, feel sleep all the time, gym numbers are average but not so pumped for the workouts)… based on my bloodwork what would y guys considere is good and what is bad? Am i a potential trt patient? Should i change endo?
