Please tell me what you see as my current weaknesses and strong points. I am more than aware that my body fat is currently way too high., so besides that which is glaringly obvious, what do you see? Thanks.

Sorry man, it’s pretty much impossible to identify lagging bodyparts or anything with a higher level of bodyfat. It’s pretty much just a guess right now.

If not: you’re fat. simple as. The only way anyone’s going to assess any other weaknesses is by performance figures, if you’d like to post them?
