Has anyone here had any experience with those homemade DIY squat stands? I am considering making one for myself and was wondering if anyone had positive or negative experiences with these? Squat poundages probably won’t exceed 405 for at least a year or so.
If you think this is pointless, then could someone point me out to a decent set of squat stands? I see there are a few online in the 150 buck range but not sure if they are good or not. Reasoning for squat stands is they are easier to move and there’s not enough room in my basement for a rack. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
