Homemade Protein Bars?

Whose got a recipe!? please, do share...

Protein powder, almond butter, nuts, organic coconut flakes and cranberries (optional) and a pinch of honey.

I put everything on some wax or parchment paper. Its gonna be a bit gooey. I roll it as best I can into like log shapes and then wrap in either wax or plastic wrap and I put them in the freezer. I take out as needed.

A simple one is to add 2 cups of milk (i use almond milk) to 8 scoops of protien powder,3 cups oat flour (or almond, coconut, whatever) and a pack of sugar free pie filling. Just mix it all together and stick in the fridge. When they get solid, cut them into squares. They are messy as hell, but cheap and don't taste too bad.

eightofive, a member on here sent me an e mail with tons of recipes for protein bars, there probably like 50 recipes in there. if you pm me your e mail i will send them to you. i dont know if it matters but from what i remember they're mostly all made with oats.
