any ideas for low carb protein bar recipees?
I have a word document 15 pages long of just homemade protein bar recipes. I will need your email address to be able to send it to you though.

Almost all of them call for oatmeal though. Not sure how you would get around not putting it in?
You need some kind of base to create the actual bar shape and solidness.
Oatmeal, protein, natural peanut butter, slivered almonds, either dried cranberries or raisins and milk. Set in the fridge for 30 - to an hour or even over night and you should get good results.
I dont like oatmeal unless it's made like this haha.
I know it's not 'bars', but in the V-Diet HSM forum, there's a great recipe for low-carb cookies, which are full of protein and healthy fats.
