Anybody know if brewing a pitcher’s worth of green tea and then chilling it in the fridge would significantly reduce the nutritional value?
Uh, in what way would freezing it possibly do this?
I don’t see how that could hurt it. I have a half gallon to a gallon in the fridge at any given time. I mix it with Surge and Low-Carb Grow! Its great on a hot day and helps when ice water gets boring.

Iced tea bro (ie chilled in the fridge or w/ ice), not frozen :-).
I make it by the gallon and do this. It great IMO
Just dont want that HOT tea in the summer heat.
