Hello all i have made up a few recipes in the past and like to post them on here, this will make one large batch amounts of ingredents are just approximates.I like to mix my granola with water and vanilla protein powder.Well here goes:
2 Lbs steel cut oats(I buy in bulk for cheap)
a nice healthy sprinkle of Cinnamon(1 Tbls?)
Splenda to taste
1/4 cup of raisins
about 1 cup of sugar free maple syrup(just make sure its enough to make the oats stick together and clump up.
Dump the mixture into 1 or 2 shallow cookie pans,and cook at 300 degrees for an hour.
