Homemade concoction.??

Just thought I would ask before actually doing it. Have a thought for a preworkout and early morning kick: 1g of taurine, 1g l-carnitine, 1g tyrosine, 750mg ephedra extract 8%??? what do you guys think?

I’d rather use Power Drive and caffiene, mixed in soda water according to the current Power Drive thread.
