Home Made Training Equipment

Ok, this is what i got at my house:

PVC pipe
6 empty cranberry juice gallon jugs
4 milk jugs
duct tape
rope
Bags of sand

I’ve already filled up the Cranberry juice gallons up with sand and use them for curling with the PVC pipe.

I just can’t figure out what I should do with the Milk jugs…just fill them up with sand and then what. Any tips anybody. Someone has to be more innovative then me.

Hope the pic works

There was recently a forum post called
“Home Gym Creativity”. I will try to put the link on this post, but I’m not sure how. If it doesn’t work, look for the post name in the search box.

You can fill the PVC pipe with sand seal the ends and do the Iowa Hawkeye work out with variations of curls presses, squats, and lunges do that a few times and you will definatly feel it. the jugs can be used for curls and single arm movements.

Huh huh… You said Jugs…

No seriously, just use the milk jugs like you would dumbbells. Tricep extension (overhead or kickback), curls, lateral raises, front raises, shoulder press, etc…

Cool, thanks
