I have a bench that goes flat and down, a squat rack, barbells, dumbbells, and a treadmill.

My goal is to gain muscle. Can anyone recommend a beginners workout program that I could do with the equipment I have?

Starting strength.

5x5 Program. Find a weight you can do 5 sets of 5 reps with. Each set should be quite difficult because you are going to be using a heavier weight than you are used to.
