Quick question for those who have a rack at home. I have a rack with a upper/lower pulley attachment. Problem I have is that I can’t really use the inside of the rack for benching exercises cause the pulley attachment blocks the bench. It hasn’t stopped me from benching, but since I don’t have the benefit of a lifting partner and can’t use the arms (to spot), it may be keeping me from going a little heavier. Any suggestions? Thx.
Depending on the construction of the rack you could flip the lat tower to the outside of the rack. A local machine shop could modify the lat tower if necessary. If you have some ideas, let me know and i’ll see if i can help.
