I’m starting Cosgrove’s Holiday Program after having a good deal of success with CT’s Rennaissance Body Development program. The only thing is - I really have no experience with repetition days and I’m not sure if I should add more weight on for every set or just use the same weight for all 3 sets, but one that will still be a challenging to finish the set with.
On repetition sets I usually pick one weight that will be challenging on the last set. You can also lower the weight on sucessive sets so each set is challenging or start off light and pyramid up if you are fatiguing too fast. Just do whatever you feel gives you the best workout. Keep a jornal and see which method works for you.
